I think maybe that part of the reason it's taking me so long to complete the ABC Blog Challenge, is because I think about the topic for a while...seriously, probably much longer than Heather intended for anyone to spend thinking about it...and then I post.

With that being said, today is about Notable Changes. 

When I saw this video - it took seconds for it to hit me that this was my post for today's letter.

I'd say THAT's a pretty notable change.

My Prayer Today

I came across a website today in my search for a "Prayer to Let Go" and combined a few of them to make a prayer of my own...

God,

there are things happening around me right now that I do not understand.

Some of these things make me feel weak, helpless and afraid.

 Even in the midst of this, I know that you are the Lord.

I know that the situation is in Your hand, and I trust You.

I beseech you for strength and for wisdom,

 that I would be able to endure this situation

 and be able to handle it in a way that would bring glory to Your name.

Please hear me Lord.

Please guide me to your way of understanding.

 Please show me the way and help me think clearly.

In Jesus name. Amen.

What Is Wrong With This Picture?

Confession Friday...03/02/12

*  I confess...I have not drank a soda since I poured myself that little 8 oz. soda last week Thursday.  I still could drink one at any moment though, so my habit is definitely not kicked...

*  I confess...the sugar that I have not consumed by drinking soda I have made up for it in fruit snacks (Fruit Smiles from WalMart are da bomb) and candy, so I'm pretty sure I haven't changed much of anything in that department.  Hopefully next week will be better.

*  I confess...I am in love with Baking Soda.  I am just discovering it's magic - and when you mix it with vinegar it's like your very own science experiment.  Seriously. Amazing.

*  I confess...I ate 6 of 8 cinnamon rolls yesterday.  See confession #2...

*  I confess...I am freaking out that Vadyn is going to be a year old in three months.  Seriously freaks me out...where has the time gone?!?!

*  I confess that my very much needed sister time last weekend was a nice break from my normal routine.

*  I confess...I'm going to do some sort of room decoration for both of my kids and incorporate this:
